1: Tag line or slogan should be such that visitor get an idea about your work when read it hence write catchy but straightforward lines try to include your main keyword in tagline.

2: Use images which add value and keep visitor focus on your site.

4: Be straightforward with what you are offering or what inside your offer ,  include your offer in your headline

5: Avoid too long and too short forms both has their own disadvantages

long form may frustrate visitor and short form may get you unqualified leads

6: Use progressive profiling concept ( means use multiple short form submissions for example  at first ask first name ,last name , email id and twitter -id and then allow to save it and then ask next one or two pieces of information which is seriously critical to you
